Conditions for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Order Discrepancies:
If you receive products that do not match the items you ordered, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery. We will verify the discrepancy and initiate the return process. This may involve sending you the correct items or processing a refund for the incorrect products.
- Expired or Near-Expired Products:
We strive to ensure that all products delivered are within their shelf life. However, in the unlikely event that you receive products with an expiry date of less than 3 months or products which are past the expiry date, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery. We will verify the expiry date and initiate the return process. We will either send you replacement products with a longer shelf life or process a refund for the expired products.
- Damaged Products in Transit:
If you receive damaged products, please do not accept delivery. If you discover damage after opening the package, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the damaged product and initiate the refund process. We will carefully inspect the returned product to ensure it was damaged during transit and not due to any mishandling after delivery.
Note on Tampered Seals:
- Please do not accept any product that has a tampered seal. If you notice that the seal is broken, please do not open the package and contact our customer care immediately. Tampered seals indicate that the product’s integrity may have been compromised, and we cannot guarantee the quality or safety of such products.
- To ensure your satisfaction and preserve your return privileges, kindly refrain from opening any product(s) until you have thoroughly inspected them for any discrepancies.
- Scientifix reserves the right to cancel the Return request if the customer reaches out to Scientifix after 7 days of delivery.
Initiating a Return Request
To initiate a return request, please contact our customer care team at hello@scientifix.in within 7 days of delivery. Provide them with your order details, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., images of damaged products). Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
